N C Raghu Ram, Director & CEO, an Engineer, has over two decades of experience in Development and Implementation of Enterprise Solutions. He has worked in leading Indian and Multinational Companies and has to his credit implementation of India’s first ever Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution in an Engineering Public Sector. A pioneer in Enterprise Applications, he has a track record of accomplishing highly successful implementations, which have been acclaimed by independent industry and academic bodies. His implementation of SAP in a Pharmaceutical Company has been recognized as one of the Best Two Outstanding SAP Implementations in the world (study conducted by the University of Applied Science, Ludwigshafen, Germany in 2004). Raghu Ram has presented several papers on ERP in National and International seminars. Many of his articles on technology adaptation and change management have been published in leading technology magazines.

S.B Uday Shankar, Director- Global Sales & Marketing, an Engineer, has over 20 years of successful Domestic & International experience in sales and marketing of Engineering Products, Consumer Durables and Enterprise Software solutions. His experience span includes working with a Multinational Company and with India's largest and highly respected corporate house. Prior to the present venture, he was the Sales Director of a software company based in London, UK.

H N Ramaprasad, Head–Product Development, has 23 years experience in Software Solution Architecting and Development of Enterprise Resource Applications. He has successfully adapted the Toyota Production Systems concepts into an ERP. Some of his achievements include development of ERP's for Discrete Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical Sectors, a dynamic Production-Scheduling module for Enterprise Material Planning and Product Configuration module to cater to customized production of products.

Y Kamalakara Rao – PhD- IIT Kanpur, Adviser-Pharma Practices, is a leading research scientist. Specialized in Cheminformatics, Dr. Rao has extensive experience in Molecular Modeling, Structure Based Drug Design and Cheminformatics. He guides the development team on development of Pharma Specific Products.
