Job Description:

INDUSTRY & DOMAIN EXPOSURE

• Should have handled Plant Accounts / Product Costing / Profitability Analysis preferably in a pharmaceutical / Process Industries
• Good knowledge on the integration of Finance, Accounts and Costing with other Functions is a must
• Should have implemented Internal Audit Controls
• Independent handing of Statutory & Cost Audits / Budgeting & Control
• Exposure to local Levies and Taxation Procedures / Excise / Customs Formalities /Insurance will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards and Practices (US GAPP etc)
• Indepth knowledge in MIS reports and should have handled Multi company / Multi division / Branch Accounting / Project Accounting
  
  

IMPLEMENTATION & PRODUCT SUPPORT

• Hands on experience for at least two full cycles of implementing Finance, Accounts and Costing modules of SAP
  
• Good exposure in implementing Budgetary Controls
  
• Implemented Management Information Systems
  
• Strong knowledge in CIN, COPA & Funds Management
  

SOFT SKILLS

• Should have good communication, Documentation and presentation skills
  
• Should have good exposure to Office Tools
  
• Should be a leader, be self driven and result oriented
  
• Should be willing to travel in India and Abroad
  

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interface between the product development and delivery teams incorporate new functionality of the IT products
  
• Bench mark the features of SpectraSoft’s products with similar products in the market for respective module, design the features and ensure proper integration with other functions
  
• Will undertake systems study for specific customer, develop specifications, identify features and take responsibility for development and delivery of the features in agreed time frames
• Will work with customers for Implementation

Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) / M Com
