The goal of Consulting Services is to provide the business Owner/Director/Sr. Executives with the methods, systems, controls and incentives, which are necessary to manage the business. In addition, Consulting Services seeks to provide clients with a return on their investment. Every business is unique and some business problems lend themselves to a more direct impact on the bottom line than others. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a return on the investment made in improving the operational systems to run the business.

SPECTRASOFT’s CIS department has experts in all aspects of business & Technical. CIS members are regularly involved in everything from implementing new management systems and controls to installing & training your employees for Global Business Software Applications and Analytical tools.

The major areas for CIS work are as follows

• Setting up a standard Measurement system across the key business processes.
  
• Profit and expense controls
  
• Financial management issues (receivables, payables, cash flow, etc);
  
• Organizational problems (procedures manuals, paper-flow etc,);
  
• Operational issues (inventory controls, Material Planning, Production Planning , etc,)
  
• Sales and marketing (sales controls, Price Control, Distribution management etc,);
  
• Management issues (business planning, defining lines of authority, developing new information systems for decision-making);
  
• Industry specific issues, e.g Validation & Compliance;
  
• Strategic Issues (Creating Plat form for What IF analysis)

The vast majority of CIS work is done on a Fixed Time, Fixed Cost Basis. This suits the budgetary constraints of our client base. As with other professional service providers, we bill any work outside the scope of work on Time & Material basis, plus expenses.

Unlike other large consulting& Implementation firms who employ a significant number of recently graduated MBA’s with limited “real world” business experience, SPECTRASOFT requires that our consultants, in addition to their formal education, have direct business experience in mid to upper-level management. We believe this hands-on experience provides a significantly greater value to our clients.
